Bob Quaid – new business manager + healthy office guru

Bob has a background in Sales and Marketing and a total commitment to customer service. He is the “face” of the business and in his role as New Business Manager is usually the first point of contact for most of our clients.

His practical down to earth approach and professional attitude makes it easy for him to connect with pretty much all those who come into contact with him. He genuinely cares about Creating Healthy Environments and will happily assist clients in any way he can.

Bob is a mad keen golfer, scuba diver and Parramatta Eels supporter - but we don't hold that against him!

Anne Quaid – financial controller + eco warrior

Coming from a Travel Industry background, Anne’s organisational skills have been easily transferred to suit the needs of running a busy commercial cleaning operation.

Again, customer service is Anne’s number one priority and she works tirelessly in the background making sure everything comes together efficiently and effectively. Most of her time is spent keeping her finger on the pulse of the accounts in her role as Financial Controller but her other hats include marketing, eco-audits and R&D. Excelling under pressure she often deals with things that pop-up in the 11^th hour.

Anne's driving force behind protecting the planet is rooted deeply in her love of the ocean.  A keen scuba diver and traveller, Anne is never happier than when underwater blowing bubbles and playing with fish in tropical waters around the globe.

Stefan Jenner – service coordinator

Stefan joins our busy team and brings to the table years of retail management experience - so customer service is second nature to him. 

In his role as Service Coordinator it is Stefan's job to look after our clients and cleaning teams, bringing them together in a fine balancing act and ensuring everyone is happy.  Any extra services our clients may need are organised quickly and effortlessly.  


 

Charlene Beets – accounts + admin

Charlene is the cheery voice on the end of the phone when you ring us here at EcoPro.  Her organisational skills mean she is at the pointy end of administrating our busy office, from accounts receivable to answering all manner of queries.  She keeps everyone else in the office in check, thereby ensuring systems are followed and day to day operations run smoothly.
